I've really been wanting a piano. It doesn't need to be nice... and I would even take a little electric diddy, if it did what I needed it to. I think it would be a wonderful addition to our home... so, I got on ebay and was looking at electric keyboards. Most of them were fairly reasonably priced, and they were in good condition, but eh. I got really excited over a few that had A PEDAL. Holy smokes... and then, I saw it:

A Calvinova and bench selling for $500. No bids and ending in, well 10 mins. by now. Only problem, LOCAL ONLY... pick up ONLY. The seller is only selling because they are moving and can't take the piano with them. It is in great condition. Calvinovas like this one usually cost $1500 +... sadness. If only I could drive to CA to pick it up.

SORRY~! check costco, we picked up a new diddy for about that price. Obviously lower quality, but similar appearance and features. Good Luck!

I totally feel your pain. I longed for a piano for years after we got married. Finally when we bought our first house (eight years later) I convinced my mom and dad to give me theirs:) Good luck!

Hello Family and Friends! If you haven't heard yet, our little baby girl Adalyn was born Tuesday, March 15th at about 2pm. She was born by emergency C-section (they knocked Nicole all the way out because there wasn't time for anything else) and was under a lot of distress. After a wonderful blessing from her Grandpa Hicken and Daddy she was life flighted to McKay-Dee Hospital in Ogden. She is still in the NICU there but is making great strides each and every day.  Her mommy and daddy named her Adalyn Julene Anderson-- after her great grandma Anderson (Julene). She has already blessed their lives immensely and she has benefited so much from prayers and fasts of family and friends. She has a long road ahead of her, but she is a fighter! Her grandpa Hicken calls her his little Millie- because she is a miracle baby and in Spanish, miracle is Milagro. She is a miracle and we are so happy to have her.  Love you all!

Delivery Day

Well folks- it's D-Day! After talking some more and discussing with us- our doctors (a team of OBs and Perinatologists) have decided that it is best for baby boy not to have any risks with the placenta and come today. So- He's going to be very early- they will have completed the steroids though, so that is helpful. But we all feel that this is the very best thing for HIM. I'll have a c-section- hopefully regular this time- this afternoon and we will have a baby boy by this evening. He will go straight to the NICU and we'll just see how he does to know more about how long he will be there. Again, thank you all for your comments, prayers, texts, phone calls. We appreciate all of you and your love and support for us! Love you all- remember we are in His hands. And who's better to be in.
