So... after many a friend has requested, I've decided it's time I tell all about my sweet Pickleville time! Well, for those of you who know about the show, "Thoroughly Modern Millie", you know there is a lot of TAPPING. For those of you who know me, I haven't tapped since I was 10, and even then, I wasn't all that good. So, when they had me read for Meers (an evil villainess), I wasn't surprised, because she doesn't really dance. But, again, for those of you who know my old roommate Michelle Dodge, the second she read for the same part, I knew I had no chance... but don't worry... my comic relief part as her side kick has sure been a lot of fun! I never knew that a small funny part could be so fun (and hey, in our version I even get a guy in the end!!!) Well, Talon ended up doing sound for the show, and we've been having a lot of fun up there together! I'll try to be better about taking pictures of people to post, but here's a cute one my aunt took of my cousin, Doobie (who plays Mr. Trevor Graydon) and I. I'm mostly just really glad Tal's up there with me every night! His support and love are unsurpassable!

Hello Family and Friends! If you haven't heard yet, our little baby girl Adalyn was born Tuesday, March 15th at about 2pm. She was born by emergency C-section (they knocked Nicole all the way out because there wasn't time for anything else) and was under a lot of distress. After a wonderful blessing from her Grandpa Hicken and Daddy she was life flighted to McKay-Dee Hospital in Ogden. She is still in the NICU there but is making great strides each and every day.  Her mommy and daddy named her Adalyn Julene Anderson-- after her great grandma Anderson (Julene). She has already blessed their lives immensely and she has benefited so much from prayers and fasts of family and friends. She has a long road ahead of her, but she is a fighter! Her grandpa Hicken calls her his little Millie- because she is a miracle baby and in Spanish, miracle is Milagro. She is a miracle and we are so happy to have her.  Love you all!

Delivery Day

Well folks- it's D-Day! After talking some more and discussing with us- our doctors (a team of OBs and Perinatologists) have decided that it is best for baby boy not to have any risks with the placenta and come today. So- He's going to be very early- they will have completed the steroids though, so that is helpful. But we all feel that this is the very best thing for HIM. I'll have a c-section- hopefully regular this time- this afternoon and we will have a baby boy by this evening. He will go straight to the NICU and we'll just see how he does to know more about how long he will be there. Again, thank you all for your comments, prayers, texts, phone calls. We appreciate all of you and your love and support for us! Love you all- remember we are in His hands. And who's better to be in.
