Help-- Please!!!

This spring our family is headed to Torreon, Mexico for our spring vacation. We'll be part of a group of 28 which includes four families traveling together as part of Family to Family Humanitarian Expeditions. Torreon is located in central Mexico between Mexico City and the US/Mexican border. While in Mexico we will have the opportunity to live in the homes of local saints.
During the day our main objective will be to build a home for a family in desperate need. The local Stake President said of this project, "I will not rest until this house is built." The Stake President asked all of the high priests under his stewardship (40 in the whole stake) to donate $40.00 each to go toward building supplies. A fortune for them.
There is also a need for dresses, white shirts, and ties.
In the evenings our group will provide mini-firesides and classes on music (playing, singing, leading, making drums, etc.), crafts, dancing, sewing, sports, magic tricks, etc., etc., etc. We have much preparation ahead of us. Preparation that, I'm sure, will be time well spent.
We are very excited about this opportunity. Our WHOLE family is on board (even our newly married daughters and their husbands)! But we need help with donations. Look around. Ask around. See what you can find in the way of dresses and white shirts and ties that you or others may be willing to donate. Of course, $$$ is always appreciated. Our group is trying to raise $3000 toward the building of this very humble house, which to these people, will be more than their dream home.
Our spanish is poor, but our hearts are full as we look forward to our time among the saints of Torreon, Mexico.
